BLOOM is a private, not-for-profit federally incorporated company, governed by a Board of Directors, all external to the management of BLOOM. The Board of Directors meets quarterly to review all aspects of the operational and financial performance of the company.
Bob McCulloch is Chair of the Board for BLOOM. Professionally, he is a strategic advisor and executive coach. Over the past 35 years, his clients have been private sector companies in a wide array of international industries – technology, health care, financial services, professional services, retail, distribution, manufacturing – as well as municipal, provincial, and federal levels in the public sector, and several not-for-profit organizations.
Bob’s primary focus is on the leaders of the organization, both individually and collectively. Through facilitation and coaching, they develop compelling vision and strategies for themselves and the organization, along with powerful initiatives that successfully implement those strategies.
Marc Gaudet is the Vice President of GHD Canada St. Catharines, Ontario office and acts as project manager on a variety of initiatives covering all aspects of environmental engineering. Marc has over 25 years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario. Marc has designed, coordinated and supervised numerous groundwater and soil quality investigations and remediation projects in Ontario and the United States. Much of this work has been focused towards filing Records of Site Condition in Ontario to facilitate the sale, purchase and/or redevelopment of brownfield properties in Ontario. Marc has a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering that he obtained at the University of Waterloo.
DEREK S. WEBB

Derek Webb is President and Chief Executive Officer for a global group of environmental biotechnology companies and is responsible for all aspects of operation. He has intimate knowledge of air emissions abatement applications and has conceived and commercialized a variety of technologies for addressing municipal and industrial problems both domestically and abroad. With over two decades of experience designing, building and operating air pollution control equipment, he has spearheaded the development of an integrated approach to solving complex compliance issues. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
Derek received his honours degree in environmental engineering at the University of Guelph and received an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Ontario’s Environment Industry Association, leading the initiative to foster discussion between Industry and Government for the formation of sound economic and environmental policy.
